Kidding Around Communications takes privacy seriously. We will not sell, distribute, barter or transfer any personally identifiable information obtained about our users to parties outside of Kidding Around Communications, without giving the user the opportunity to opt-in (except where required by law such as in emergency situations or by legal order). E-mail and Submissions to FLC Family Lifestyle CardTM: By posting, uploading or submitting any content to us, you automatically grant (or automatically warrant that the owner of the rights to such material or content has expressly granted) us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license throughout the world to reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute and otherwise use any or all portions of such content in any manner and media now known or hereafter developed. In addition, you hereby irrevocably waive all so-called "moral rights" in any such materials and content posted, uploaded or submitted by you.
Note to Parents/Legal Guardians
The FLC Family Lifestyle CardTM website is designed for an audience of parents, grandparents, teachers and caregivers, and is not intended or designed to collect information on children under the age of 13. In order to help you protect your children's privacy we encourage you to monitor and supervise your child's use of our website. Any card purchased for a child under the age of 13 should be made in your name. If a child under the age of 13 contacts us to purchase a card, we require a parent or legal guardian to give written consent for the child to participate in the FLC Family Lifestyle CardTM program.
